Ok the car starts and runs and drives. but when i turn it off and wait about 5 minutes it doesnt start just cranks. but if i wait about and hour or longer it starts up.

No when it dosent start i just take a 12mm or 17mm and break the Bango bolt loose the bolt on top of the Fuel filter. then try to start it up and it fires right up.

Now i replaced the Fuel pump Do you think its the fuel Filter.

 

yup.. fuel filter..or fuel pressure regulator..

 

it should just be your fuel filter
mine was new and i replaced it again and it didnt do it
be careful for light leaks

 

sounds like the main relay.

it shouldnt be the main relay cuase if it was the car wouldnt crank at all..
