Default Engine not starting.

I just swapped a B16a into my 99 Civic EX. It ran great for a few weeks. The other day, I tried to start it and it wouldn't start. I heard a relay clicking on and off crazy and found the source of it. Was the main relay. I ordered a new relay thinking it was bad becuase it would keep clicking after trying to start the engine... Now i replaced it and still it's not running. I've resat the computer and checked all my electrical connections and still nothing..

i have no idea on what it could be. Has anyone had this same problem.. ??

hmmm, did you check the wiring to the starter? me and my bud had this isue where he heard the clicking sound but nothing happened, turned out to be the wire that runs from the positive terminal on the battery to the starter... see if its loose. if that doesnt help then keep looking :P
