what motor to swap into 93 civic 4 door
i found a 93 civic 4 door 5 speed for $500 with a blown motor im pretty sure this car is worth buying to do a swap. How much would i be looking at pay to put an H series or a B series in. Just motor and necessary parts do not include labor. Or if you think its not worth the time and money let me know. TIA

Yeah, any B series motor will be a strait forward swap. The most popular motors will be the LS (B18B), the B16A's, and the GSR's (B18C1). Which one you choose depends on how much you have to spend and how fast you want to go
Or you could build up a CRV motor (B20b/z) and slap on a VTEC head for a nice torquey monster

you could be different and swap in a D16Y8 or its 92-95 equivlant . You could probably find it for under a 1000. Then you could turbo it for about the same a B series swap. You would probably get a bit more horsepower.
It is just another choice i figured i would throw out there
