Default Street legal, yes?

I got these for my 04 Civic LX and I plan to put some mirror orange PIAAs in there for the turn signals. Street legal, yes?

Okay, I'm a dummy...why would they do that? Are you implying shoddy construction/quality? Or something in the design...

As long as your lights are D.O.T approved E marked and SAE approved, (not sure what rules apply in your country) you should be perfectly fine.

Some of these lights are being built in the far east and im not saying they are bad, its just that many of these lights are known as show lights so they are just for the looks. Many lights have not been tested for shock or for being water tights.

However, saying this rear lights usually get away with alot of this and there usually aint much to worry about. Its the front head lights to be carefull about.

Believe me im talking from experience.

By the way I am pretty sure after buying these lights you will look to upgrade your front lights too. So try to look for the ones that are approved and if possible with adjustable beam. (Will save you money in the long run and one you decide to stick them on Ebay when you are bored of them you will be a very happy bunny).

Good Luck with your purchase.
