Default VTEC'ing my LS engine in my Civic

I have a 92 civic Hatch and I have already done the LS swap in it. The engine has 90k on it and runs great! I have been thinking about getting it Vtec'd but of course I def wouldnt do it myself as Im not to good with engines. What parts will I need to do the swap? About how much will all the parts cost me? and wats the best route to go for the semi least money??? Or should I go the route of finding a prebuilt LS/Vtec??? Thanks....your guys help would be great!

Get a B16A head
Golden Eagle VTEC conversion kit (oil lines/adapter/headgasket)
P28 ECU

and find somebody who has built this conversion before.

Just remember to find someone good to do it. It's not just a simple head slap on. But as stated before make sure you get all the parts for the oil lines, etc. There is a little more machine work to get that head on the ls.

if you want to rev to 8k you'll need to get arp rod bolts. higher than 8k you'll want to think about getting the crank balanced, adding a girdle, and stepping up to forged rods.

It's Vtec...

And a Turbo B18B is killer...

BTW the HP gain by going LS/Vtec is somewhat minimal and you do lose a bit of torque...

Just something to thing about... but good luck on the build
