MSD Ignition system is useless on Honda's until you get into the serious, serious horsepower fields of 500-600HP. The stock Honda ignition is perfectly sufficient. I've seen MSD ignitions and aftermarket plugs/wires hurt performance before.

agreed. i would look into other options to beat that car like turbocharging it. do you want to hang with him...or smoke him. do you want to let him have the jump...catch up to him in one gear....rev your motor a couple of times with the clutch in....wink at his girlfriend....and then pass him while tapping your brake lights?

yah but he was talking about adding catback making it seem like he wanted cheap horsepower not a 3k upgrade so i added what i thought he can do this is a thread for help not arguments so if you post post something useful for him not just his reading pleasure...... but on other hand add some injectors rail regulator and a walbro 255 fuel pump all canbe bought pretty cheap

There's no point. All that fuel would just be returned from the gigantic pump on stock injectors.

All you're suggesting are things that he dumps money into and gets no power or less power from.
