Default B&M shifter

installed this weekend. B&M Pro-Edge Shifter. Feel, shift precision, shift-throws, a complete 180 degree turn from stock. Absolutely love it!

Just had to share....

did you get the bushings also.. i haveb the same shifter.. adn i used it without the bushings (stock bushings) great, but when i switched to energy suspension bushings.. WOW.. it made a huge differance... it took all the squishyness completely out..

i have an old skool neuspeed short shifter and the yellow shift bushings. i still have to put them in. what kind of grease did you guys use when you installed them?

lithium grease, i got a little carried away with it.. lol i would re lube the shifter ball while you are under there:thumbup:

my friend has that shifter (on a 97GSR) and he always has problems getting into reverse....thought I'd let u know???

ya, my buddy has one one his '01 GSR with an N1 cat-back and his ALWAYS rattles! We even put dynamat on it and it still rattles.. B&M says it's the harmonics that the N1 puts out... I dunno...

I have it on my ITR tranny, it works great. I love it, good buy for the price.
