I changed my ignition switch in my 94 civic and I didn't disable the airbag properly(the way the manual said.) And now my airbag light stays on and sometimes my car doesn't start. It just clicks and I have to punch the airbag like three times and it starts right up. Anyone had a similar problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Maybe try and reset your computer.

 

Something similar happened to me. I disconnected the battery for about 30min. then started it up again. I made sure to give no gas even though it took like 4 tries to start up. After that, the light went off.
