struts and shocks ????????
i just started doing my suspension on my EG coupe and i put on the new springs and my car was slammed way lower that the kit said it would !.......
oh yeah and rubbing to im running 195/60/15 tires will changing them make a diffrence ?
the rubbing is so bad that when i turn my front fenders get dented and dinged up from my EG sitting to low
any one got any ideas id appricate it

if you go 195/50/15 you should get a bit more clearance up top, though, it will drop your car a little more. now if you have clearance issues with the underbody/exhaust/oil pan as the car sits now, then changing to a low tire profile will not help, you'll just have to change your springs to raise your car up.
struts shouldnt matter in this situation unless the rubbing is while you are hitting bumps. struts do nothing but keep the spring from bouncing wildly. springs are what makes your height of the car. my guess is maybe, although i dont know if this is possible, is that the rear springs are maybe installed in the front? i havent done springs in a while so i dont know if they even look the same between front and rear. what kind of springs again? if you spent a lot of money and no return is availiable....they do make "spacers" for springs. it is basically a little indented spring shape made out of metal that you put in between your spring coils. least you could drive around town without damaging your car.

the springs i put on are tein s-tech springs struts and shocks are stock..... ummm when i hang turns there's alot of rubbing both sides while turning are rubbing the same ..... i have no idea with what after market struts and shocks to go with if any one has info hit me up
I'm running 195/65/15's with a 36mm offset (I think). They only rub a tiny bit on the inner fender when making extreme turn manuevers (parking etc). I currently have stock springs, but they did the same with H&R sports.
What wheel are you using? What's the offset?
If the offset is close to what it should be, then you'll have to change springs or get a camber kit installed??
As far as what setup you should go with-what are you looking for? Big drop, small drop, daily driver, track?
