I wondered the same thing. It was $400 with 35,000 as oppossed to $700~$1000 for one with way higher mileage.

i dont see why it shouldnt fit. all d-series trannys should be compatible. a d15b could also be a usdm lx motor (d15b7 or sumthin) in which case it should have pretty low gears as they dont make much power

LSD helps in both auto and manual applications.

Read the article I've posted. The D15B puts out 130 hp, more than any of the USDM D16, 15's motors. Steve the owner of Hondamotorsonline.com said it would bolt up and that the sensors would fit, so I believe the dude. It should work, the gearing is sportier though. Just read the article .

It is most likely the D15B found in the VTi with 130 hp if the tranny came with LSD. We dont see this 1.5 VTEC motor on our shores.

Yeah doood it's out of the VTi, I could have just gotten the whole motor. But, I think that if and when I went to trade it in the dealer would look at me funny when he popped the hood . I just hope that the LSD doesn't kill me in the winter .

LSD [tranny wise] kill you?...it will most likey help you out more.
