The officer called me back and the onwer of the vehicle let his "Home Boy" drive the car. They gave me all the insurance info, policy number, name of owner and phone number to both insurance and owner. The owner owns a body shop also. I called him and asked him what the fu** and he said he dont know whats wrong with his "boy" and thathe owns a body shop and does insurance work. I am def. making a Mesican Beater on the lathe tomorrow at work!

Man, I had some douchebag take a rattlecan of silver paint to my ENTIRE hood on my '78 320i. He wrote somethin about me being asian on the hood. Mad his girl was takin' the sweet/sour (shoo schticky!) sauce.

The guy that owned the car (not driver) runs a body shop near me. He wants to do it with out the insurance getting involved. So i told him if we are doing it like that then i want my front bumper and hood and both side mirrors painted along with the rear end damage fixed. I am also taking advatage of this time and getting front and rear lips so they will be painted aswell.

When you take it. I would highly recommend not leaving your car there. I would stay there and keep an eye on it. But that is just my opinion. You never know what they might do to compensate for the hassle.

I went and got a estimate on damage it was around 1500 bux. I also had them do me another estimate to respray the whole front end including Bumper cover, Hood, Both Fenders, grill, mirrors it was around 650 bux. I am not taking it too the guy who owns the car who hit me cause he will not be making a dime off of it therefor he will do a piss poor job to get it out of his face fast. The will be putting on a new trunk lid and spray it, respraying the spoiler, rear bumper and fading it into the rear 1/4's. Right now i'm trying to decide wether or not the carbon fiber trunk lid is too ricey?
