Estimate the damage.
I got into an accident. How much do you think it'll be to fix?
No one was hurt and I learned a lesson, please don't ask how it happend. But my insurance doesn't cover this. So this is all out of my pocket.
I checked it all in the area, the A/C still works perfect and power steering, as well as the window washers. Looks like just fender+hood+bumper. I drove it home and I I heard was the tire rubbimg on the bumper material.

thru a body shop n what not... $1600-3200 cant really tell from pics..
i got rear ended once and it did not even 1/2 that much damage and it cost $2400. lucky none of it came outta my pocket, lol.
however you could probably do it yourself for well under $1000

Do you just want to fix it, or are you going to want to replace parts so it looks like if you were never in an accident?
From the looks of it,
New Bumper, New Signal Light (about $150-200 I.M.O. but it depends where you get your parts)
Hood and Fender (optional) it depends on you. You can just hit the bumps out, or you can replace them.
Try taking more pics like your 2nd one, there looks like there might be more damage but I can''t tell.
The price I estimated is if you do it yourself.
I don't think it will be more, I don't think there is any damage done to the chassis (at least from what I can see).

Where can I get the parts? (besides eBay? or Junk yard...) Honda Dealer?
edit:// to REPLACE the parts. I should mention that all the lights work. So All I'd need is the new plastic covers to go over them?

Try talking to friends of yours that are into cars or hondas. Ebay will screw you with the shipping, junk yard probably wont be in the condition you want it, Dealer you just avoid for low prices. I guess I got lucky, but I had friends who helped me get the parts.
Oh you may want to replace some of the stuff behind the bumper (like the thing in the 2nd pic, I don't know what its called but I know they are there to absorb hits), since it can continue to help you if something similar would to happen (of course we always hope that it doesn't but life is unpredictable).
Well, I suppose I'll take it into the body shop tommorow during/after work and have them give me a free estimate on what to replace and how much it will cost.
I really screwed the the taurus I hit though. I broke their axel and they got a big dent ad scrape.
Question: Does tinting your windows help keep the suns ray to a minimum or just normal. Because partly because I got in the crash was that I couldn't see the car and stop light because of glair. Yes my visors were down.

If you take it to a body shop, ewood87's estimate might be closer to what you spend because body shops can really screw you. If you want, just get the upper tint on the windshield. That's what I have on my car. Or save yourself the tint, and buy some shades when there is a glare.
Is it worth selling to some proformance people who would replace it anyway?
155K Miles and absolutly NO seepage or leaks.
Religious Oil change every 2000 miles.
Lots of receips.
New stainless steal exaust including catalytic converter.
Very clean.
Very good body (except for the accident).
I have ~$3200 to fall back on in case of emergency, but I don't want to just blow it all. Next time I'll pay for the extra insurance.
Odd that the car is worth less than the cost to replace the front assemly.

i take it that this is all your fault on the accident...sorry to hear it but make all this work that you have to do a lesson......maybe a lesson to not drive stupid...or a lesson to pay more attention to your surroundings....or whatever the case may be.
