Default Good Buy???

Hey guys I figured everyone here would know better than me.

I'm looking for either an intgra 94+ or civic.

Came accross a 95 civic hatchback with 73,000 original miles, 2 owner, 5spd. The price is $4400 obo. So I figured I could get him down a few hundred. REMEMBER.....I don't live in Cali where honda's are a dime a dozen so the price is a little higher here in Washington state. Is that car any good? REliable engine/tranny? Is there room to work on performance without tons of money?

Thanks

see if you can talk him down to about 4grand and you should be doing alright. The EG is probably the easiest car to work on, its got LOADS of aftermarket support. The d16z6 is a great platform that can offer alot of potential with the right modifications, or you can easily swap in another motor as just about anything will fit into an EG.

Dude you would be stupid not to buy it, here in St.Louis you can hardly find a civic 92-95 for that price, here they start of at 5K, 6K and even 7K at some dealerships, so $4,400 is a bargain if you ask me. and under 80K miles

I can't believe that you actually found one with that little bit of miles. I'd go for it, but if you can lower the price then even better.
