If you're planning on doing a B18C swap, you'll need shift linkage, axles, obd1 ecu, and an Si rear engine mount bracket.

It is suppose to be an easy swap, but it will depend. At least in my experience, I hit a lot of obstacles during the swap, but I know for a majority of people it wasn't so hard.
The compression is fine where it is. If it wasn't, they wouldn't sell it to you like that.
Suggestions- try searching this forum for info, I promise you find useful info.

If it's your first swap it might get kind of frustrating and will seem difficult. But once you do it once it's burned into the back of your mind. I pulled my D15 out of my my hatch in about 4 hours with some breaks and a trip to the bank.
