I just bought a used 2002 Acura EL with the 1.7L engine and am curious as to how the engine is supposed to run. Does anyone have one that knows what speed the engine should be revving at for 100 km/hr on the highway?
aside from a tire with a different outer diameter, there's nothing that could possibly change the RPM that an engine will be spinning at a certain vehicle speed.

No need to be an ass - to answer a question like that we need to know what gear you are in, and if its an automatic or 5 speed. Perhaps this time try being grateful that people will even help.
