Default throttle Cable Problems

hey guys, i have a boosted B18C 95 civic with a the JGedlebrock Manifold and Spoon Strut Bar and i am having some trouble. This manifold sits up alot higher than the GSR one and the throttle cable is hitting the strut bar. also, i have always had trouble with my cable/throttle body because the cable never really fits right and the idle gets stuck at different positions like 500RPM and then i drive and stop and its at 2000 or 1500 (also my IAC doesnt work). i am just wondering if there was a smaller bracket and different cable that i could use that may be positioned differently? so that i could maybe have a better chance at fixing my problem. thanks

You can take the spindle from the throttle cable off of a Civic TB, replace your cable with an ITR cable (civic cable might work) and completely remove the bracket for the GSR cable. This flips the way that the throttle cable turns the throttle body. You will also need the throttle cable bracket for the intake manifold to secure/adjust the cable. I did this with my skunk2 manifold because the bracket was hitting my hood.
