Is it possible to do a power windows/locks install on a 1992 civic HB dx. I was just curious if it was worth the money, and time ? OR not possible.

It can be done, you can either buy the kits....or swap out the doors

 

I guess windows can get a bit tricky, but the locks didn't seem to be a big deal when my shop did them. I had them do the conversion for me when they were installing my alarm and they actually did it for free.

 

where can you find those kits at ??

 

if you are serious about doing it, the easiest way would be to get some doors from an ex and swap the window regulators and motors and transplant all the relays and switches and whatever. i think it would be an easy job, just time consuming. good luck w/e you decide

 

did they just add universal actuators and hook it up to the keyless output from you alarm brain? or did they actually swap the oem power locks from another civic?
