Problem : only when its wet out I throw a TCD, CKF code. Speedo totally stopped moving as well, would twitch every now and again. Crapped out in wet conditions 4 times, and ONLY when it was wet out.

Things I replaced to attempt to fix: New wires, new plugs, went through 5 brand new dizzys which i still have a new one in car, new harness sent to rywire.com and converted for my jdm b18b. 2nd new ECU from phearable.net.

Known issues:
I know my weather striping on both doors are shot and water leaks down, know my hatch leaks (97 civic cx) after liquid gasket the spoiler, attempting to seal the tail lights numerous times it still leaks and water some how gets up under the rear seats and sits on top of my dynamat.
Know Im missing the plug that goes under pass fender for the power window wires.
My old ECU had green corrosion on it, but if water hit the ECU plug why is only those 2 sensors throwing a code all the time and nothing else?
Also have no fender liners as I rub being lowered, and that middle plastic peice that mounts to the bumper is not on.
