Does a D15Z have a FITV? I was experiencing idle problems, found it could be the FITV, and now can't find it anywhere. Any ideas?

I would check on the bottom of the throttle body, thats where it's located on my Integra TB.

Joe, do you have a D15Z? I understand that the FITV is located under the throttle body most of the time. I also have step-by-step directions on how to correct the surging idle by tightening the internal parts, but I don't seem to have this part under the TB. Any other ideas or locations?

There is a IACV (Intake Air Control Valve) but no FITV (Fast Idle Thermo Valve)

You might need to clean your IACV. (number 12)

no problem. I grabbed that picture from Majestic Honda. It is what it showed for the throttle body on a VX and I can verify as I also have a VX with original D15Z1 still in it.
