Default LED blinkers in 95 coupe

hey guys.. my cousin got clear corners for his car finally... anyway we were gonna put amber LED's in there but.. it uses some goofy ass 3496 bulb....

what do most guys do to replace that? just use an 1157?

They are actually dimmer than stock...use GE 1157NAKR from Wal Mart. About $2 a pair...

LEDs suck...but you can always buy 1157 amber LEDs if you still don't believe me, but I'm trying to save you your time and money. Stay away from LEDs...listen to the previous posters too!

Unless you can get the same LED's that they use for stoplights, it's pretty pointless to have them. Initially, they were a good use for clear taillights... at night. But just like the others said, at daytime, you might as well unplug your bulbs.

Try any of the blue 1157 bulbs from Polarg, PIAA, etc...or if you want amber, use 1157NA (natural amber) that costs only $2/pair from WalMart or KMart.

I've got 1157 Polberg amber blubs up front and in the rear. They look great.
