Default ctr pistons in a jdm b16a sir2

wondering if my stock jdm b16 rods would be fine or should i upgrade for the ctr pistons i just got. Also would i have to built the head somewhat or am i fine with stock valves, springs, retainers and etc. My setup now is a jdm b16a with a skunk2 IM, cf power chamber intake, exedy lightened flywheel, skunk2 cam gears, aem fuel rail and regulator, aftermarket header, tanabe exhaust, and etc. Do you guys think i should put these pistons in or stick with my p30's. Let me hear what u guys think.

The B16 already has a near perfect rod/stroke ratio. I would use the B16 rods, but The CTR is a B16b, I don't know if it shares the same rod/stroke if it does, go for it.

the B16B is an upscale version of the B16A. rod/stroke is the same. I wouldn't even worry about new rods, just use your stock rods.

since i can use my stock rods, do i have to built my head a bit due to higher compression. Would i need to upgrade my valves, springs, retainers, and etc. If so, which stuff do you guys recommend, skunk2?? Also might be upgrading my cams to either skunk2 pro stage 1, or itr or ctr cams. Let me know what you guys think

Um, no.

The B16B is based on the taller B18 style block.

Well if it works out good and raises the c/r then let us know. If i ever rebuild my motor i will go that route. I would stay with b16 rods but like b18c1 hatch said; to get them shot peened.
