Yeah, I'm here to flame, but not so much the poster, than the original owner who put the acura symbol on the car.

The del sol was never sold anywhere or even considered to be part of an acura lineup, the only car you can really swap badges on are any of the american acura models, and thats only TO honda.

I'm thinking it was done by a person who knew little about cars, other than an acura was a more luxurious make name, than the same manufacturer, honda.

I'm gonna go put me some acura badges on my 93 hatch right now! :P

Yes, because that is the same as not knowing the type of car i bought, not researching what i bought and asking a RIDICULOUS question.

First , "prolly" is not a word.....

Secondly
It is also simple for someone who is obviously a n00b to do some research and digging ON THEIR OWN. How do you just buy a car without doing research on it or at least look up info on what you bought. The simple lack of motivation to look something up for yourself would save you looking like a fool and asking such a foolish question.

Hmm...I'm pretty sure he is from Cardiff, Wales since that is what it says under his name. Way to read flamer. If all you can do is feel better for bashing someone else then :gtfo: I'm sure at one point in your miserable life you didn't even know that Acura was apart of Honda and vice versa.

How do you buy a car without doing research??? Why not??? I had a nice looking car offered to me cheap, had my mate check it over, then bought it spur of the moment.... The last thing on my mind was, let's find out ALL about the history of these cars before I buy one. I asked the question as I could not find any info AT ALL on it, therefore I couldn't confirm what it really was. I think you really need to get a serious hobby other than being a total w*nker.....

Thanks to all you guys that were genuinely helpful though

why thank you speak & spell. n00b is not a word either since you're in a mood to fuss over simantics.

either way, he is new to hondas, and it doesn't make him a fool for not knowing the basics. it makes him new. so, for everyone's sake, just stop talking, because you are making the rest of our IQs plummet, nearly as quickly as your own, with every word you type. we are here to help, not flame like assholes. don't flame. it makes you seem like a child
