under drive kit
only problem I had with my 3pc pulley kit was that as soon as I put it on the car ran like crap. Once I unplugged the battery for a bit and let the car warm up it seems to be fine. Just so you know the underdrive pulley (UR) does not fit perfectly with the crank bolt, some washers may be needed.

I've seen the negative effects of a crank pully on a motor. The oil pump failed due to the design of the lightweight pulleys. Compare one to the OEM pully...
I absolutely do not recommend any change in pulleys, especially on a stock motor. I removed mine as soon as I saw what it can do to a motor. The potential damage is not worth the minimal gain.
Additionally, the turbo/super argument in this instance is compeltely and utterly moot. It does not have anything to do with OEM/replacement pulleys.
