Less than 6 months. Just pick up an OEM replacement...it will last longer than the aftermarket ones that come in the kits.

what happens if you dont replace the bearing and just allow it to squeak?

Nothing. It just squeaks until either it annoys you to death and change it...or you wait until the clutch goes out to change it.

why wouldnt they make it so it wont squeak? At least some oil or somthing. Hell i dont know

They pack it with grease. Unfortunately, for some reason or another, the grease either comes out, the ball bearings inside become rusted or warped, or the housing of the bearing deforms causing the squeaking.
