205/45/15 creates less than a 1% difference in the speedo, so that is probably the right size to use.

+45 would be good... i got +40 and it rubs a tiny bit in the rear (on 205/45-16)

I have a set of 16x7 wheels with a +37mm offset mated with a set of 205/40/16 tires, lowered around 2.5" and I don't experience any rubbing whatsoever. But this is also probably due to the fact that the overall diameter of my tires are smaller. I am planning on switching to 45 series tires in the future.

But in terms of offset, I think that that between 40-42mm would be ideal (this is what I heard for the 6th gens).
