Hi, this is my first post here. I hope someone can point me in the right direction. I have a problem with my 2001 Civic LX sedan. Recently, the green LED key light on the dash blinks after the car is already started and running. I notice that it usually doesn't happen when the car is first started in the morning, but once it's been stopped and restarted, the light continues to blink. It's not such a major problem, but annoying esp. at night, when it seems so much brighter in the dark. I can't understand why it doesn't happen when the car is initially started, but virtually every time upon restart (and the engine is warm, although this may have nothing to do with it). Since the car recognizes the key and starts, it looks like the immobilizer is working as it should, so what could the problem be? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for any help.
