Default Crimping fuel pump wires.

I just installed my fuel pump and the kit provided two crimping tubes for the ground and power. Is that safe? It didn't say it needed shrink wrap or anything, just use the provided crimping tubes. The pump runs fine and I don't know that much about how electricity works but will the wires be fine in the tank, no explosions?

I would use them... Black + Red = Explosion......at least you didnt "crimp" your fuel line installing a new fuel filter that never even got installed

The 255lph sounds louder than my old one but maybe that's because I didn't put my seat back on yet.

It is supposed to be louder.

You will also notice that it sounds like an exhaust leak from the outside when the tank is full. It is normal.

go up to ur parts store and look in the spot they got the electrical stuff located at they got this thing that you put around the fuse it is brass or copper and it comes in package w/ that and some other terminals what you do is put it around ur fuse where the electricity is getting fed into it before the electricity is getting reduced then u put the terminal on to the end that sticks out of the fuse really simple all it does is cover up the fuse a little bit and give u a power supply then if u know what size fuse you have to run for ur alarm get the single fuse block they sell to and run that to your alarm then you won't have to look for which fuse it's hooked up to and if it does burn when your doing electrical work you'll know which one it is
