first off i broke the bushing bolt while trying to put in lowering springs. then i found that there was no way of removing the rest of the bolt. so i was f*** it ill just cut the bottom of my shock mount to get the shock off. now i have to get a new bushing. the thick inner sleeve of the bushing looks as if it is to big and the 99 si shock mount wont fit. well if i just get a 99 si BUSHING. then will the 99 si shock fit, and will the 99 si bushing even fit into the whole on my 94 civic control arm??? the reason im putting 99 civic shocks on my car is i dont have any more 94 civic shocks and this is for temp only.

i'm not for sure but i think that the 99 shocks are thinner than the 94 shocks.

Your springs aren't goin to fit on the struts properly, or you are going to blow them because of the wrong application. Not too sure if it will work, but if you get it to work, good shiot. Good luck.

I would think that it would be a harsh ride cause of the em1 shocks are meant for a car hat weighs more. I just picked up a set of brand new kyb AGX for my 99' si for 300 shipped. So that is another option is just to spend an extra buck and upgrade for what is right for vehicle.
