Will This Fit My Engine?

I have a 92 civic with a 91 civic s.i 1.6 engine D16..i wanted to no if this would fit my engine?

It'll fit... but I don't know weather it will do anything. Seen lots of things like that out there that do nothing. However I have not had any experience with that one.
