I've done exhaust jobs before for people, Done a few on civics, a 325is BMW, and the last one I did was on a 94 Supra. As long as you have the basic tools, a jack and jackstands, you're all good, unbolt the old one, drop it, bolt on the new one, secure it, ur done.
Edit: oh yeah, be sure to have a good breaker bar, fact is some bolts are pretty seized up on some cars depending on how long they've been there, heat over the years really makes em difficult, I've had to use WD40 a few times to help out.
