Will the b16a obd1 block work with the b16a obd2 head?? Please help!!!

It will fit. I'm not to sure what you would have to do to get it all running obd1 though.

How about I do ls/vtec (99 Integra LS) do I need to do any mod on it, my block already crank during the accident. Please Help!!

There is quite a bit involved in doing an LS/VTEC. If you don't know much about motors or have never built one it's best to have a reputable engine builder put it together.

ls/vtec is good only if u build the bottom end. LS pistons/rods cant sail to 8000rpms safely and daily like a gsr's can. If you decide to do lsvtec, put gsr, ctr, or itr pistons in it, with gsr rods. The b16 head is a good choice also.

What car, and what year of the car are you putting this in?
