theres nothing outthere with the rainbow blinding affect.....
but i have an idea of what you want and others will call them ricey or gay......... they're those blue bulbs in pep boys in their "fast and furious" section

or you can seach ebay and get them for even cheaper.....

I find most of the cheap blue-tinted bulbs blinding, personally. They have poor light output and usually are not street legal.

I've always pushed Silvania Silverstars. They produce a nice, bright white light and are street legal. They aren't the best in wet weather, but anything out of the 'yellow' range in a standard bulb isn't going to do well.

Another vouch for Silverstars, it lasts about a year before one blows out.

Any coated bulb will burn out faster than standard un-coated halogens.
