problem with battery

Default problem with battery

Well put it like this my car was running fine and everything until i was on the highway and my speaker went out i thought the cd was scratched until i saw the battery light turn on then it started turning off i turned the car off then on everything seemed fine then i got home and the car wont turn on i put a battery on it and it turns on but then when i take it off it goes low and the car shuts off i have a bunch of wires hanging out i am in the process of taking them out if it isnt this is it the alternator???

Man.. It's a LITTLE hard to read what your writing, but I hear what you're trying to say. It could be battery OR alternator. If you can get your car to an Autozone, or ANY shop/parts store that can test both of them for free, DO IT. It does sound, however, that the battery is done. Think back to the last time you had it changed. Also, take into account that if you get a NEW battery, but the alternator is the problem, it's going to weaken the battery, even after you get it recharged from the drianage it's going to undercome. An alternator is a more expensive issure therefore, have them both tested, because going the cheap route could end up costing you more $ in the end.

hola, tu carro rueda normal y de repente se te apaga en una velocidad y te prende todas las luces del tablero, tu mueves el switch al 0 y los pones otra vez en el 2 sin llevarlo al 3, dime si es asi
