bump on the floor of my car

i put the jack in the wrong spot of my civic. and now the floor under my driver chair is bulging. its in the spot where my trunk and gas tank opener is. it doesn't effect the my chair but i just want it fixed. does anyone have any suggestions?

i did the exact dumb a$$ this to my car but you cant get a hammer in that spot to bang back into place? oh its not a real biggie for me it just looks a little wierd
