Hey!
whats up? I just have a quick question abt the check engine light. So I was driving down the road when all of a sudden one of my ignition wire got dislocated from the distributor cap. The check engine light came on. I fixed the problem and the engine was running fine but the check engine light was still on. My question is, do I have to reset the computer now? (by disconnecting the neg. from the battery?) thx in advance

 

yes.. disconnect the negative for about a minute and CEL should be gone..
