alright....i just aquired a 94 lx civic and i am getting a motor out of a 95 ls teg...now i hear good and bad regarding the ls/vtec setup due to its reliablitly facotor and being legal of course. ive serach around and still ahvnet gotten straight answers, so here are my questions...

1.can i use factory d and b series mounts.
2. will jsut the ls motor pass smog and all other crap?
3. converting to vtec with a b16a2 head...any and all problems with reliablitly and legality
