This is what they wrote in the auction
" This auction is for a brand new ROM Chip Installation Kit for a Acura 92-95 Integra LS p74 p75 ecu. Your engine rev limit will increase and Vtec will be lowered, the speed limiter will also be removed. This chip increases fuel economy and power by optimizing fuel and ignition curves using 91+ octane fuel. Increases of 7-20 HP depending on other mods can be expected. Excellent for cars with bolt-on mods as well as internal performance modifications."
Those ecu's dont have VTEC! Read the highlighted section.
That should answer your question.
