cheap intakes

i was wondering if it makes a big difference if i get one of those like $50 intakes on ebay cause its 200 somthing for an AEM one. is there a major difference?

carb certification, if you dont live in cali dont worry about it. i found a aem for $100 on ebay, new...great deal because i need it to be smog legal. other than that slap a k&n on it and you are good to go.
