How do you know when its time to change your wires, cap and rotor? I have a 96 civic and was wondering if i needed to change them. lately, Ive been buring alot of gas. What do you think?
If its time to change them, whata a good brand? NGK? BOSCH?

NGK all the way. But I'm not sure thats your problem. Are you getting check engine light?

Use NGK. Stay away from Bosch.

Take the plugs out and inspect them. What do they look like?

Change them according to your owners manual or when needed.
