i think my cars clutch split my car was running fine until i kind of pulled hard on 1st gear then i stopped at a light the car was fine but it had a little shake to it then i started moving it entered 1st like always but it started telling me check engine and 1st and 2nd were weak very is this a clutch problem i need to kno if not is it tranny i highly doubt tho because it a basically a new tranny but if it is please say so it gets into gear in ease 1 2nd and everything

well you wouldnt throw a check engine light if its a drive train problem, so that check engline is a completly different problem. Perhaps you could rewrite your question using sentences and period so that someone could better understand your problem

 

ok sorry was very shaken by my car being disabled. well i was driving and i kind of burned out on 1st gear for a couple of feet got grip dropped the gear went to neutral cuz of light. while i was waiting it was shaking a little bit and making a click noise. when the light turned green the check engine light appeared and the gear was weak like it was slipping alot. i think it might be the clutch can this be true sorry for the mis typed 1st post
