Default suspension...my turn

Ok, im on a budget...trying to keep my full suspension under $400 shipped.

Looking for a sportier than stock feel on my daily driver that i won't be racing. (96 civic EX)

I'm working the usual channels (autodynamic, tirerack, ebay etc) and have found a few choices that I'd like input on.... First of all, i've found full tokico blue setups for a great price. Also, found Tien S Tech springs or H&R sport / pro for about 150 shipped which i'm debating pairing w/ KYB gr2 dampers. I'm looking for 1.5 - 2 inch drop.

Please shed light and experiences.

I remember seeing a full Omni coilover set on groupbuycenter.com for pretty cheap not too long ago.

i've heard coil overs are bad news if you don't need the ride height adjustability tho...true or false? I'm just gonna stay at the height.

i would go with eibach prokit and either tokico illuminas or koni sports red(adjustable but has to be taken out) or yellows(adjustable via turn knob on top of each shock).
the eibachs would lower ur car bout 1.5in, combine with either one of those sets of shocks would give u a great ride.

I have the prokits on my 95 and so does my roommate, and neither of them are as low as pro-kit claims...I dont mind, but it is something to be aware of.
