Default Clutch/tranny problems..

a few months ago i swapped a JDM b16a swap into my 99 civic and in the past week or two, when it's cold outside and i start my car it starts to make this horrible squealing noise when i let the clutch out. It also does it when i'm riding down the road and take the car out of gear to stop or something like that. After a few minutes when the motor warms up it stops doing it. But the past couple of days it's been lasting longer after i start my car and sounding worse than when it first started doing it. I have noticed that when it is somewhat warm outside then it won't do it, only when it's cold. I'm guessing it has something to do with the clutch/tranny since when i let it out the squealing starts.. Anybody had this happen to them or maybe know what's going on??

throw out bearing would be my best "over the internet" analysis...since I cant hear it, or take it for a spin I cant really tell you much more.
