Default 99 si vs. gsr

I'm lookin to buy a new car and I don't know what to get. I have about 10k and I want to put a turbo kit on my next car. I can't decide what's better a 99, 00 civic or an integra gsr, if u have n e advice on what's better plz write back.

What year Gsr do you want 99-00 also. Go with the Gsr because more features, hp, torque & you can get one for 10K or less. The Si usually sells for more than 10K. I have a 98 Gsr & a 91 Civic Si love both. I would def. go for a Gsr just for the torque alone. Good luck & post pictures when you purchase.
