Cold Air Intake Question

I just installed my AEM CAI it seems to be working good, except when I hold the gas pedal at a certain point, it makes a whistling noise. Any ideas what it could be?

Thats normal. since there is on resonator on the intake tube you hear the air moving past the throttle plate.
