I think this is a little optimistic on 8-9 lbs. probably more in the 225-230 range with good tuning.

I recommend Nitrous for the best bang for teh buck,

but wouldnt this get much more help if it were in the Integra forum?

actually hes right on the money. I run stock internals on 8psi and I push over 270. last dyno was 270 on the money but i swapeed the intake manifold since then. it does make a difference though depending on the components you use to bosst with. if you buy a cheap kit then youre not going to make those numbers.

i would turbo charge it. u could make those no.s with like an sc61 or a gt35r turbo on that boost, but it would be out of the turbos efficency. i would say a t3/t4 .57/.48 and shoot for roughly 275-300
or, uby an edlebrock intake manifold and run a direct shot of nitrous. my next project for my car probebly next winter will be just that

It depends on how much hp can you handle? I did a swap for B18c with a 01 si tranny, a Garret's hybrid/Borgwarner turbo t3/t04 high performance set up. If you have the money & want the power, go all the way with all forged internal components( pistons, rods, cams......) check out my ride at http://www.onlineshowoff.com my user name vinny112.
