oke i got an 3dr hatch back 92-95 EG4 , at the moment it has got 40mm lowering springs but the ride is realy unconfontable i was thinking of changing the springs for an full suspension kit 40mm , will that make the ride better ?

if not then im gonna put the old springs back in.

Stock would probably be the most comfortable and quietest ride but for comfort and performance a fully adjustable coilover set would probably be the best solution.

I installed a used set of JIC FLTA2's on my EG6. The ride was so harsh, esp. in the rear. I bought and installed a 98 spec ITR rear swaybar and an A-spec racing brace and the ride became quite pleasant with the added benefit of beter cornering.

you will always have to do a little more "adjustment" to your suspension when you decide to lower your car. especially if you lower it more than 1.5 inches. sway bars and other braces can help dramatically.

it also depends on the tires you use, some compounds are harder than others.
