It's not likely to be the problem, but it isn't impossible. In fact, the chances are slim. You may be able to measure it without taking off the tranny. Hondas have a solid crank pulley, and just like the flywheel, it's bolted firmly to the crank. See if you can get someone to pry it towards the block, press the clutch while someone watches it, then pry away, press the clutch while someone watches it. If pressing in the clutch makes the pulley move. If it doesn't move at all, there's hope.

Edit: it should only move the distance of your oil clearance... which should only be like .002"-.008"

Great job. It ended up being the tranny, eh?

I blew my intercooler apart again, so it's time to tear my POS down and make some new end tanks. Hopefully I can get enough life out of this thing to stay together long enough to meet up with you someday. I didn't even know summerduck was open already. You NorVA guts are too lucky. Is that still an everything-goes outlaw 1/8th mile track?

Im actually thinking it was the clutch. Yea im pretty sure its an everything goes kinda track, they still have some half ass inspections and rules but meh. Im looking forward to it cuz this will be my first time running the car. Im looking more to get my launching down then to get any kind of amazing times. I love this clutch though, its tough in traffic but i like how nicly it grabs
