Default civic back door problem

I have a 92 civic dx sedan w/ auto tranny, manual door and window.

The driver side back door can't open at all. I only find two screws, one on the
door handle and the other on coin pocket. I tried to remove them and found the metal hanger didn't work. How can I fix the problem? I think I need to remove the door panel and connect the metal hanger to the lock? Since the door is closed, how can I remove the panel and reach the hanger? help please.

you cant remove the panel until you open the door (removing the handle is the same way)

what happened to keep it shut?

The door handle doesn't work. I can't open the door from either inside or outside. Now the door is closed. Is there a way to fix it?

Should I remove the back door first and then remove the door panel? It seems this is the only solution.
