skunk2 coilover install problem
i dont know why... i have to be missing something. i cant wrap my mind around this this. my friend came over with is 01 civic and wanted me to put on his skunk2 coilovers on his stock shocks etc. i said no problem... the springs are short as hell even when there not compressed as so that i cant tighten the shock down onto it to keep it in place...... kind of like this I////I---0-

Nope that's normal. When you put it on the car and weight on the springs/shock it will compress them. The springs are shorter because the spring rates are higher than stock.

nah they give you different sized orings for different damper combinations. the body on a stock damper will have a different size than say a tokico adjustable damper. the different size orings are provided for that purpose so you should expect to have extras. :thumbup:
