i have a 1994 honda civic LSI 1.5 with the following mods SOHC non-vtec

-cold air induction kit
-exhaust
-decat
-manifold

will the mugen P06 chip from ebay add any hp or will it just make the car use more petrol.

chips do nothing.

 

itll fuck your car up more than help

 

chips are burned to a setting. usually a copy of a mugen or spoon program which is nothing close to what a street car has or runs.

what you need is a tunable piggyback such as Hondata or some type of A/F control to adjust your settings for your setup. (Apex'i VAFC or SAFC)

 

what if i just put it in will it mess my car up? or make it take mre fuel. also the chip says that it makes the red line up to 9,000 rpm from 7,000?
